The Kiwanis Club of Coral Gables has sponsored the Key Club at Coral Gables High School since the school opened its doors in 1950. The Key Club has a long and proud reputation in the community as an organization for young community minded citizens to work together on service projects locally and internationally. |

Every student member completes at least five hours of community service per month.
Among the many service projects during the school year are KC Weekend, Days of Awareness, Shake A Leg, Gables High School and Ponce Middle School Tutoring, Horses For Handicapped, UNICEF, the Merrick Festival, Ronald MacDonald House and many others.
